So missing my fire buddy. From my son: I'm sad to today that our friend for along time Spirit, had to be put to sleep today. This was more than just a pet for me and my mother, he was the friendliest animal I have ever met. He lived through so many hardships, only to keep coming back liked the spunky fighter he is. Being deaf most of his life, he only heard our voices for a few years, but he knew we were always there to care for him. I'll always remember him always running after me in the yard just for another pet. So I'll lay to rest today the memory of one of the best friends I have ever treasured thank you Spirit.
