My Puppy Girl, Sadie, was the most loyal fur baby I could have ever imagined in my life. She was part Pomeranian/Spaniel. She brown and white with the prettiest ears. The hair on her ears was crimped and the vet tech would always say, "Oh, Sadie, you're so '80's"! Everyone thought Sadie was a puppy. She just had that puppy face her whole life. We took her on our vacations every year. Why wouldn't we. . .she was a member of our family. She loved Colorado, the mountain air and loved to smell all the different scents out the window, her ears flapping in the wind. She had more health problems than most pups, demodex, thyroid and diabetes. But, she kept going, until her hind legs became weak and her kidneys began to fail. In the end, I had to give her one last gift, the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I was by her side when her vet helped her pass away. It was excruciating for me. But, I knew she was no longer in pain. I have photos and videos to keep her memory alive. I can still smell her scent on her blankie and sweater. I love you Sadie girl, forever. Til we meet again, on Rainbow Bridge. All my love, my furever friend. Mama
