I fell in love with Pearl when she was surrendered to my local animal shelter. She's guided me through some very difficult times and motivated me to pursue a degree in Animal and Veterinary Science with the intention of becoming a veterinarian. I was hoping she'd be by my side for my studies this upcoming semester but she'll be in my heart and it'll all be for her.

The house is so empty now and I've never felt a void in my heart like this one. I won't be able to sing to her or have her birthday parties or deal with her attitude. She was the sweetest, most gentle of any cat I've met or worked with. She was my baby girl and always will be.
