Odie came into my life when I rescued him from neighbors who were going to give him to the shelter. Little did I know what I was getting onto. After the puppy stage, he was my best friend. He loved to swim and play fetch. Sadly, at age 12 he developed pancreatic cancer and passed in his sleep at our vet's office.
