Nike was my dog that my husband gave me as a gift. He did not want me to run alone at 5:30 in the morning so Nike was chosen as her name, because she was my running mate. Nike was the BEST present I ever received in my life. I always wanted a dog and to have her favor me meant she truly was my dog to the end. I was the last thing she saw her eyes to my eyes before we said "night night Nike... We love you." As you can read she remains in my heart until I may meet her again at Rainbow Bridge.
