Jewel was a wonderful, sweet cat that liked to be on her own a lot, but also loved to be petted when I'd come home from work. She also liked to knead on me for a while. She was very independent, but was such a light in my life, especially during some really dark times. I will miss her terribly, but will always have some very special memories to hold on to.
