Jake was my baby. He's been with me since he was 5 weeks old. He had become blind and deaf and couldn't walk very well. So we decided to put him to sleep. My heart is broken but I know he has crossed the rainbow bridge and is pain free. He will always be in my heart. I love you Jake.
