I believe Buddy was a Border Collie/Shepherd mix. My husband and I adopted him when he was approximately 8 months old on Mother’s Day 5/14/2000. He was such a sweet dog! He was a quiet and gentle guy who loved everyone. I will never forget how he never left my side the week I spent in bed with the flu! He was my protector and friend. Poor Buddy developed many health issues during his 13 1/2 years of life, but he was a real trooper until the end! I hope he knew somehow how much I loved him! I miss him terribly!
