I begged my ex-boyfriend for Buddy for 5 years. Buddy lived in his garage with no human contact. Sometimes he didn't have food or water. Finally on August 17, 2014, I was allowed to get Buddy. By then, he was totally deaf. I didn't care, I jumped at the chance to give Buddy the life he deserved. I loved that little dog with every fiber of my being. Buddy started having multiple seizures daily. I knew I had to let him go, but didn't think it would be this hard.
